Service Disclaimer

How the Service Works

Sewage Backup Help Team markets emergency sewage backup cleanup and refers calls to independent restoration providers. The website does not perform cleanup, plumbing or construction work.

A provider that responds to a call determines its own scope, methods and terms. The site does not control a provider’s work.

Plumbing and Restoration

A plumber diagnoses and clears the plumbing or sewer obstruction. A restoration provider handles contaminated indoor materials, cleaning, extraction and drying.

No Warranty

The site makes no warranty about response time, work quality, final cost or results. A property owner should review the provider’s proposed work directly.

Insurance Decisions

An insurer decides whether a loss is covered under the property owner’s policy. Documentation from a cleanup provider does not determine coverage.
